Simple Reminders for Accessing Our Site

If the username and password you entered is not authorizing:

  • Check the case of your password. Make sure that your CAPS-LOCK key is off. Your password needs to be entered in the exact case as it was created.

  • Your username is your FULL email address, as you entered on your profile form (in the form of 'user@host.com'). Make sure to check for typographical errors in your entry.

  • Your password was chosen by you, and is between 4 and 8 characters in length. If you think you chose a password longer than eight characters, try entering just the first eight as your password.

  • If you have read the above directions and still experience problems logging in, please send your first and last name, along with your username using this form.

If you are not receiving a prompt to enter your username and password:

  • Some version of Microsoft Internet Explorer have a problem with their default authorization settings. If you are using Internet Explorer, and are being denied access without a chance to enter your username and password, please try the following solution:
    In IE, go to "Tools... Internet options... Security... Custom level," then scroll down the list to the end under "user authentication." It should have four choices. Change the option from "anonymous login" to "prompt for user name and password."
